Hi, My team and I encountered a problem recently. We have already sent out our campaigns via Automation (auto send out after 4 hours to those who have already opened the email for the 1st time). There are a few listings that have opened for more than 4 hours and it has not been auto triggered to send out. I have already checked the settings (auto send after 4 hours after the receiver opened the 1st send out email campaign). Please help. Thank you and regards CH

Hi, Scenario: If a person (lets say a customer called John and his email is john@123.com) who clicks a button that falls on the landing page (Landing page 1), and he also clicks 4 different buttons (self created buttons) at Landing Page 1, will the the creator of the landing page able to track or know that it is john (with the email john@123.com showing on the tracking side in constant contact)? Hi All, As above, I added the word <ADV> in the email subject title, but when I sent the test mail out, there was no such word <ADV> So I'd like to know if is there any solution to add the word <ADV> and make sure these words will show up also. Thanks!

Hi William, Thank you for the reply and the solution. Another question: Suppose I would like to send out 1 campaign with 4 different listings at the same time. How do I keep track the report and results for 4 different listings individually?

Hi, I am the account owner of constant contact. 1. Suppose I added a user (Account Manager) and this user has created the campaigns. However, what happens to the campaign that has been created by the Account Manager if I delete (remove) the Account Manager from my account?

Hi William, Thank you for your reply. I understand that the easiest way is to use the sign up form to resubscribe them. However, if I am using the signup form, I will not be able to send them as a group listing because they have already unsubscribed. We are unable to send content/landing page to unsubcribers. Kindly advise.
