I am noticing that on several email campaigns, our open rate percentage and open number is staying stagnant, even though additional individual opens are appearing under the "opens" list. So, people are continuing to open the email, but these opens are not translating into the percentage and opens listed numerically. I have checked the same campaign's rate for close to a month and percentage is not increasing to reflect individual opens that are being shown in the "opens" list. How to ensure percentage and open number is updated to reflect these?
