I see! Thank you William. So I am trying to upload/link the instagram video via video block. What would be the best way to upload it since it is not compatible that way? I want the video to show a preview on the email blast. If I "insert text link" will it still show the instagram video preview? Thanks!!

Hi All, I am having trouble linking any video to my CC email blast. I receive an error saying " Oops! We can't find that link. Check the URL or reach out to our support team for more information." .... I've tried original URL as well as shortened URL.. I am also not using any VPNs or browser extensions that would be preventing the link from being accessible. HELP!
