I am requesting for there to be options when an email recipient clicks "unsubscribe." Either be able to select from a customized selection of lists to unsubscribe from or customized screen which appeal for them to stay, asking custom questions about why they are leaving. The "Update Profile" at the bottom of the emails is not a solution. Options for when the "Unsubscribe" button is clicked is what is needed. Thank you.
