Hi @frankie_P, I'm not looking for new information, but it appears that the benchmarks currently posted (https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/knowledgebase/5409-average-industry-rates?lang=en_US) are not based on the new way you're calculating CTRs. Shouldn't these be updated so they sync up with the calculation used for reporting?

Hi. Now that you've changed the way you're reporting click rates, I've taken another look at your benchmarks and I've noticed that all your benchmarks are wildly different from those of , which are more in line with each other. How come your benchmarks are so different?

I've having this same issue when our CC emails are forwarded via Outlook, which I've never had in the past. This does not seem to occur for other emails forwarded from other sources (yes, there may be small formatting changes, but nothing like a background color covering the email). If Constant Contact knows that this is an issue with Outlook, can't the code be reworked to prevent this from happening in Outlook?

Hi. I have two emails lists that I want to send similar emails (the difference being some customized messaging). As some recipients are on both lists, I wouldn't want them to receive both emails. Before sending an email, is it possible to cross-reference the lists within Constant Contact to prevent those on both lists from receiving both emails, or is this something I need to do manually outside of Constant Contact? Unfortunately, the emails on both lists aren't tagged so I can't filter them out. Any suggestions?
