I have created custom fields in order to help segment my emails. I uploaded my list with the custom fields and a tag. When I go to create segments with the criteria using the fields & tags it is saying, "You don't have any contacts matching this criteria." I know I have contacts with that criteria because when I look at the entire list I can see the tags & custom fields filled in. Anyone know what is going on? ... View more
