I’m running a Meta Ads campaign where the ads lead users to a landing page on my website. That page has a Constant Contact sign-up form embedded, and I want to track how many people sign up through the ads.   Here’s where I’m stuck:   1. No “Thank You” Page: Constant Contact doesn’t give the option to redirect people to a dedicated “Thank You” page after they sign up, which would’ve made tracking easy. 2. Can’t Track the Sign-Up Button: The sign-up button on the Constant Contact form can’t be tracked using Meta’s Website Event Setup Tool.
