Just to clarify, are you looking for contacts to be able to add themselves to a different list in your account without using the update profile link in the footer of your emails? If so, do you have examples or screenshots of how you want the students to manage their list or what you want the list membership process to look like?

While being able to export contact engagement history is not an available feature, the good news is our segmentation tool can help your purge your contacts based on opens. You can create a segment based on contact activity > did not open. Because our segment tool allows you to export the information your are looking for we are going to close this idea. What about our current workarounds of whitelisting and self-authentication does not fit your needs? Any further details you can share with us is helpful information to have. As for wanting a dedicated IP address, we apologize, at this time, we do not have plans to allow for dedicated sending IPs. It would be helpful to run a usage report by member… In my case, we have an entire community of people who register for event, purchase tickets, etc. I use CC to show them that we did send out information and that they did open items.

You are correct, at this time contact engagement history only shows the last 100 in the last 5 years. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have however moved your comment from its original thread to a thread of its own so your feedback may be tracked appropriately. We hope users like yourself can use this thread to share their need for this feature along with how far back are they wanting to see and use cases for why they would want to see this information.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We apologize an automated email response like this isn't currently available for RSVP action blocks. As a workaround you can however use "Add to contact list" from the engagement reporting page of the Action Block and add these contacts to a brand new list. You can then send an email campaign to this new list, or connect it to an automated email campaign for this specific with "contact joins a list" as the trigger.
With that said, we will continue to collect both requests along with use case examples through this thread from other users as well.

You are correct, at this time having the ability to narrow down your contacts by tag on the scheduling page of your campaign is not an available feature in accounts with over 10,000 contacts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Does creating a segment of these contacts and scheduling your campaign to this segment help fit your needs instead? In the meantime, we recommend sharing your need of narrowing down by tag directly on its idea thread here in the Community. We have also shared your feedback on your experience with this sales agent to the appropriate teams on your behalf.

Sometimes low number of tracks from other customers and the prioritization of other ideas can cause us to not have a time estimate of when a feature will be available. In this case, the idea was marked as gathering information as we continue to collect requests and further details on why a user might need this feature. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this idea, but we do want to indicate some awareness that we have heard the feedback and are continuing to do some research on this to see what we can do. For now, we leaving this idea in our new Gathering Information status and encourage users to vote or comment for this idea if this feature would be useful to them as well.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We're sorry to hear your contacts have not been able to update their contact list memberships as easily as they should. Are you seeing this happen with more than one contact? On more than one browser or even a private/incognito window? With that said, contacts should be able to update their lists through the "Update Profile Form" in the footer of your email campaigns regardless of the source of how they were added into your account. If you are seeing contacts who cannot, please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following details:
Your username and a reference to this post
The contact/s in question
The campaign they are using the update profile form through
The list they are currently on and list they are trying to join
The 3rd party app/source the contact was added through
The browser being used and if they are receiving an error message.
In the meantime, the good news is we do have an idea thread dedicated to wanting a specific URL for the update profile form. We suggest sharing your need for this directly on its thread. The more requests and comments a thread like that receives the higher of a priority it can be given by our product team.

Features like this can sometimes not be given a high priority due to low number of tracks from other customers and the prioritization of other ideas. We can however confirm we have heard your feedback and it could be taken under consideration for a future release. In the meantime, the workaround we suggest is to split contacts up to have one file per list, and import each file separately.
