Include Visuals: A picture is worth a thousand words! If you have any images, videos, or other visuals that accompany your story, feel free to share them. They add a personal touch to your narrative.
Customer service has to be one of the most under-appreciated roles out there in retail and ecommerce. I remember working for a major book retailer and another time on phone support, constantly being heckled and treated like scum. With social media it seems like there is a never ending stream of unhappy individuals.
Two pieces of advice I received that really helped me were
- Overwhelm them with kindness
- Do not feed the troll - some people just want to stir the pot
