Frank has been designing monthly e-mail ads for one of my Sacramento clients since February 2009. Here's what I love about working with Balderrama Design: The ads are highly professional. It's amazing what he can do with a couple of product photos and a few words of copy. It's not unusual for my client to get a 40% open rate - month after month. And, he works quickly, sometimes knocking out a beautiful ad within 24 hours.
Because of Frank's work, the client, a prior fan of direct mail, was sold on e-mail ads from the very first ad. The client now knows there is no better way for a company to stay connected to its prospects and customers. In addition, Frank's extensive experience and knowledge of all things web-based allowed him to quickly step in and assist with a training video for this client in 2009.
