ZingPop Social Media is led by Tracey Lee Davis, an email marketing manager and social media coach for women in service-based businesses, especially those who'd rather be running their business than figuring out their newsletter. I'm based in San Jose, California, and I work with Constant Contact customers across the United States and Canada.
I've used Constant Contact since 2005, joined the Partner Program in 2014, became a Certified Partner in 2015, earned Master Certification in 2016, and currently hold Elite Coach and Authorized Local Expert status.
Services:
Constant Contact Jump Start. A complete new account: list upload, sign-up tools, welcome email, branded template, and your first newsletter written and sent, plus a walkthrough of your results.
Existing Account Refresh. A cleanup and relaunch for an account that has gone stale.
Monthly email plans. The Essentials (you write, I format and send), Full Service (I write, design, and send), or Full Service + Strategy (two emails a month and quarterly metrics reviews). List management and resends to non-openers are included.
Add-on projects. Welcome series, email audits, re-engagement campaigns, event email packages, SMS setup, segmentation, and sign-up landing pages.
One-on-one coaching. Screen-shared Zoom sessions where you build real campaigns in your own account. You drive, I give directions.
Email and Social Media Rockstars membership. Two live group coaching calls a month and a library of 75+ recorded sessions.
Who I work best with:
Women in service-based businesses (bookkeepers, organizers, therapists, photographers, designers, coaches, wellness practitioners, and pet professionals) who want their email marketing to work without figuring it out alone. Most are sole proprietors or one- to three-person teams, and many describe themselves as "not techy."
Who I'm not the right fit for:
I don't manage paid ads or build websites. I coach social media rather than managing it day-to-day. I'm a starting point, not a long-term fit, for e-commerce, and I don't work with aspiring influencers. A single coaching session is great for a specific question, but it isn't a magic pill for broad, undefined needs. When I'm not the right fit, I'll refer you to someone who is.
