Linking Constant Contact Membership Database to Corporate Org Database

Hello,

We are a non-profit education association that has been a Constant Contact customer for ~10 years. We are looking to automate a welcome email to new chapter members.

Present state is we have to manually update a membership roster from a corporate membership database, parse through the data and then send a welcome email to new members. Is there a way to automatically refresh this list for new additions by linking the two? We are setting up the welcome email with our current members but want to automate the refresh.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
