How does Resend to Non-Openers work? When can the resend go out, who gets it, and how do I cancel one I've already scheduled?

Short answer: When you schedule an email, tick Resend to non-openers and pick a date between 24 hours and 10 days after the original send. Only contacts who didn't open get it. You can cancel it any time before it sends from the email's Details page.
Set it up
- On the scheduling page, in Time and audience, tick Resend to non-openers.
- Pick the resend date and time, anywhere from 24 hours to 10 days after the original.
- Change the subject line so it doesn't look like a duplicate.
- Click Send now or Schedule.
Cancel a scheduled resend
- Go to Channels > Emails. Optionally filter by Status > Sent or Scheduled.
- Click the three dots next to the email and choose Details.
- Next to Resend to Non-Openers, click Remove, then Remove again to confirm.
No Resend to Non-Openers row means that email isn't set to resend.
Good to know
- Waiting about 4 days means you're less likely to resend to people who were going to open anyway.
- Once scheduled, the resend's subject line can't be edited. To fix it, remove the resend and set it up again.
- The preheader stays the same as the original.
- Not available for subject line A/B tests, and not included in every plan.
- Changed your mind? You can set up a resend manually as long as the original went out in the last 10 days.
- If an email has already been resent to new contacts, Resend to Non-Openers isn't available for it.
