Managing Tickets and Registrants

While you can change most details on the fly, there are a few "guardrails" to keep in mind regarding your tickets and registration settings to ensure your reporting stays accurate:

  • Pausing vs. Deleting: If a ticket type has already been purchased by a registrant, you cannot delete that ticket category. However, you can pause it. This prevents any future registrants from selecting it while preserved the data for those who already signed up.

  • Real-Time Updates: Any changes made to the event description will update on your landing page instantly—no need to resend your invitation emails!

Pro-Tip: If you’re looking for a bit of creative fuel for your next gathering, be sure to browse our upcoming events and past events sections to see how other pros are structuring their landing pages.
