Why can't I upload photos from my iPhone and the app?

I've done this for years but my photos won't upload from my phone through the constant contact app. Also if I email them to myself from my phone to my computer, some come as heic and won't switch so I can upload.

Hello @KathyH940 ,

If you're unable to upload images from your iPhone, check your settings for our app to confirm you've allowed access to your gallery / images and other files. Otherwise, our app won't be able to view and pull that info for selection and uploading.

Beyond that, you'd need to check the file type of the images you're trying to upload, to ensure they're a type compatible with the Library.
