Try asking AI this:

“I own a [type of small business] called [Your Business Name]. I just got a new email subscriber and want to send them a welcome email. Help me write a friendly, professional message that introduces my business, thanks them for subscribing, and tells them what kinds of emails they can expect.”

Example:

“I own a boutique bakery called Sweet Crumbs. I just got a new email subscriber and want to send them a welcome email. Help me write a friendly, professional message that introduces my bakery, thanks them for subscribing, and tells them they’ll get recipes, special offers, and baking tips.”

AI Might Return:

“Hi there! Thanks so much for signing up to Sweet Crumbs. We’re thrilled to have you here! We’re a small-batch bakery that believes in warm ovens, fresh ingredients, and sweet memories. Keep an eye out for our weekly emails—you’ll get delicious recipes, behind-the-scenes baking tips, and early access to special promotions.”

And here is what the full email might read as:
