I’m Kim, founder of Street Casting Crew — a casting consultancy that helps find real people with real stories and connect new unrepresented talent with opportunities to cast for TV commercials, documentaries, branded content, and film. I work closely with casting directors, producers, and agencies to scout talent outside the usual casting pools — from bold personalities and football fans to multigenerational families and people with unique looks, skills, or lived experiences. I also support applicants through every step of the process, offering clear, friendly guidance to help them feel confident and camera-ready. My mission is to connect the right people to the right projects — and make sure they feel seen, valued, and celebrated along the way.
