I’m Regina Banks, founder of OpenTrust Advisors, an independent health insurance agency built on one simple belief: real help still comes from real people. I specialize in Medicare—Advantage, Supplements, and Part D—as well as ACA Marketplace plans, and I serve individuals and families across North Central Texas and beyond. I don’t rush people, talk over them, or push plans. I explain things the old-fashioned way—plain language, honest guidance, and time to ask questions.
