Hi,
By using the "login/register form" widget by the "essential addons" plugin for elementor I have created a login/register form. The only issue is that I would like to add a constant contact subscribe checkbox on the form but can't seem to make it happen. I've attempted to install the constant contact plugin and enable "Add a checkbox to the WordPress user registration page" but it only applies it to my current registration form that I've created using a third party plugin called "Ajax Login Register Modal". Is there a code or any suggestions to guide me to my request. Thank you very much for your time and help!

Hello Wilard,
Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support. My team is here to assist outside software developers with questions about building into Constant Contact's API.
It looks like we've already followed up with you directly via email, but I wanted to close the loop here as well. If you haven't received our reply, please let us know via email at webservices@constantcontact.com, and reference case number 29879999.
Please have a look and let us know if you have any other questions!
Regards,
I don’t know if this is a joke or not but The only email I received from you guys is a message that says the same exact thing you mentioned in your reply. In other words it says you addressed my issue on this forum and to circle back to the forum for the answer. And on here you tell me to circle back to my email.
What’s weird is why you don’t answer my question on here? Regardless if you answered me via email or not (which you didnt). Wouldn’t you think it would be beneficial for others to view your response just in case if they had the same question? Isn’t that the purpose of these forums? So others can find answers to their questions. Please respond to me on here so others can view your reply. Thank you very much for your time and help.
Hello Wilard,
Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support. I’m sorry that you didn’t receive the email we sent in reply to this inquiry. We will typically reply via the community post or email depending on the circumstances but we appreciate your feedback and will be sure to take this into consideration for visibility on the forum going forward when replying to inquiries.
Upon reviewing Essential Addons’ documentation on the Login/Register form addon, I’m not seeing any reference to support for a Constant Contact subscribe checkbox. You may want to reach out to Essential Addons’ support team to see if this is possible.
Essential Addons Support:
https://wpdeveloper.com/support/
Elementor lists MailOptin as providing integrations with Constant Contact for their plugin. MailOptin’s documentation on these integrations is not public facing but you may also want to reach out to them to see if they offer support for adding a Constant Contact subscribe checkbox to Elementor forms.

As far as supported alternatives go, the Constant Contact Forms for WordPress plugin provides a subscribe checkbox and does not require an API key to use. Below I’m including the documentation for this plugin.

We also offer a variety of forms available to create through constantcontact.com that include a consent notification above the subscribe button with a link to our Privacy Policy. I’m including documentation on those forms below.

Please note that Essential Addons and Elementor are 3rd party products and not built or supported by Constant Contact, so we are limited in the support we can provide, but will try to answer any questions to the best of our ability as they pertain to Constant Contact's API endpoints and functionality. Constant Contact makes these endpoints available for 3rd party developers to create integrations with our system.
Please have a look and let us know if you have any other questions!
