Wordpress Plugin Debug Log Error

I logged into my wordpress site today and there was a notification that said I should share my debug log with you guys to help me figure out whats going on. Here is what it kept repeating...

[2022-05-16 23:57:59] API.INFO: ConstantContact_API::get_lists:229 - mashery.not.authorized.over.ratelimit - The Mashery account associated with this request is over its rate limit quota. [] []

What does this mean and how to fix? If there's even anything to fix? What is Mashery? and I didn't know I had a quota of some sort.
