I am paying for the email marketing service and my emails are still going out with constant contact details on them. why is this the case?

If you are referring to the Constant Contact logo in the footer of the email, our support team can remove that for you. We will need to verify your identity by phone in order to do it, so if you would like that done, please give us a call.
