Please, please, please allow us to remove these names after some period. This is crazy to still be sorting through ex-employees and contractors who haven't helped us in the past 5 years!! Lori
Looks like this has been an issue since at least 2013. How can it possibly not be corrected already? Kind of an embarrassment. Time to get it dealt with.

This feature really needs to be implemented. At the very least, make the user table something that can be filtered or sorted. Determining which staff members have active user profiles gets complicated when you experience staff turnover. Additionally, inactive users should be removed from the list of people who can receive contact change alerts.
I need to be able to permanently delete a user. I searched for directions within CC and they have directions indicating this can be done, but yet as the account owner I cannot delete them. Am I missing something? This is very cumbersome with multiple users who are no longer associated with the company.
At this time being able to permanently remove or delete a user from an account is not an available feature. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The good news is we have received word from our engineers that accounts owners can now be able to delete a deactivated user profile, If you have any additional questions on this, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Get Help boards.
