API - Anniversary Date, export to excel issue

API - Anniversary Date, export to excel issue

Posting the  data using API like this,

 

Issue #1

 Not sending custom fields 14 & 15, but when I do export, custom 14 & 15 fields are populated with other custom fields

 Please see the attached file for reference.

 

Issue #2

When I export the data Custom 4 field has Custom Field 3 data for most of the rows.

 

Issue #3

In the exported excel, Anniversary date is not getting exported.

 

When I do export to excel from the constant contact dashboard, custom field 4 is not getting exported properly.

Hello,

 

Here's some data about your three issues:

 

  1.  This is because at some point in the past you had imported to Custom Field 14 & 15, and that data is persistent. Those fields will continue to appear in your exports unless you choose to delete them. Please note that deleting custom fields will cause permanent loss of any data stored under those fields for ALL contacts. You can read about managing custom fields here: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5328-add-and-manage-custom-fields
  2. This initially sounds like it has something to do with a change in how the data was being imported for some contacts. It would help a great deal to have some specific contacts to investigate where this is an issue.
