Resend Options for a Custom Template Email

Resend options for regular Templates allow us to Resend to those who did not open the email. However, the Resend Options for a Custom HTML does NOT allow us to resend to those who have not opened the email in that particular campaign. That is a major flaw, as we should be able to resend to those who have not opened the email given we have uploaded and used the email addresses.

Hey @TabithaA56, thanks for your feedback! I definitely understand the power that being able to resend to the contacts that didn't open your email and I've passed your feedback along to our developers. I am going to open this idea up for voting and hopefully this is something we can get added soon!
