Editing Contact was no where to be found

I was searching all over for the edit tab for the contact but could not see it anywhere. I had to call customer service just for them to tell me that I just needed to click on the email itself. How confusing is that? Please have an indication that that can be done or have an edit button. Thank you!

Hi Tim,

What information are you looking to edit? You can edit any contact information by clicking into the contact details and then clicking on any area you want to edit. You will see the field open up for you to make changes.

I need an easier & quicker way to edit contacts & then return to contact page.

There is an easier way to edit those bounced email addresses, Susan! When you're viewing the Email > Reports > Bounces page, look to the right of the email addresses and you should see an little "pencil" icon. When you click it, it will allow you to edit the email address right on that page. This way, you're not moving around from contact to contact and just stay in one place. I am including an image of what this will look like.

I would like to edit my contacts list and add their first name and surname but what a bind it it to have to click into each one and find the fields to edit. Could there not be a facility where you can just add the name from the master list?

Thanks for sharing this feedback. You could always upload an updated file of this contact information to make all of the updates at once!

Suggestion of a button or a more clearly defined way to edit. Right now you have to click some words that are not underlined, and don't change colour or the mouse in any way when you hover over them.
