I can't believe how horrible the formatting process for emails with Constant Contact is. It randomly changes fonts and font sizes, refuses to accept changes, the actual email looks different from the preview, and so on and on. Surely you guys can come up with something better than this? This is simply not acceptable.
Can you help me with some addional information? What type of image are you trying to upload? Also, are you working in the insert screens within your email or on the library tab directly? What browser are you working in?

- When I try to upload an image it just comes back with an error that says to try again later. Everything else seems to be working
- jpg and png images
We're investigating this now, seems to be limited to Safari. Do you have another browser to try?

I am sorry to hear of this frustration. The issue uploading is limited to Safari so if you have another browser please try uploading there for right now. We are working to resolve this but for right now I do not have an exact timeframe. I am happy to leave a case open in your account to have you notified if you would like to be emailed when this is fixed, just let me know.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but it appears the same issue is back. Was the uploader 'improved' again? Our web designer noticed the issue day before yesterday and we have confirmed that the problem only exists in Safari (at least Firefox/Chrome work fine).
As a test, tried graphics that had previously uploaded successfully- no go.
Also, I was unable to upload a PDF document as well.

I took a look at your history, and it appears that you are both using Safari. We are currently working to resolve this issue. If you have another browser to use during this time you should be able to upload your images without issue.
We are working to resolve the issue with Safari and uploading into your account. In the meantime you can use a different browser to upload images. We will update this thread when there is an update on this issue.
