Someone in my contact list registered for an event - but put a bad e-mail address. I can't now go in and add their correct email address because I get an error message stating that that email address already belongs to a contact (and it shows the name, which matches).
Is this a paid or free event? Can you try removing the misspelled contact from your contact lists and then updating their information?
If this doesn't work please email us with the name of the contact and the event so we can take a closer look. Since this is personal information please don't post here. In your email just include a reference to this post.
