Email delivers differently than test emails. I perform live tests, then copy the email code and use that to send actual email. Issues have been arising with apostrophes on (first) the plain text version. Then it was being completely stripped from the HTML version. This would not appear in the first round of draft testing. Then would magically appear in live testing. Do you have any suggestions to fix this issue.
This is a common challenge we're always working on from our end as Email Clients all read emails a little differently. We've got a list of common display issues here for you to take a look at but to help with this specific email can you let us know the internal name of the email? Also, are you sending to more than one email clien, like Outlook, gmail, yahoo, etc?
