I am sorry you are experiencing some issues trying to access your contacts and reports. I checked our status page and it doesnt look like the program is down at this time.
Are you getting any kind of error message or are you just getting a spinning wheel/ gray screen? And are you experiencing these issues when clicking onto something specific in the Contacts/ Reports tab?
I would recommend to try pulling up Constant Contact on another browser like Chrome or Firefox in Private/ Incognito mode or try to disable any third party add-ons. You could also try clearing your cache.
