Can I add more columns for additional information. If yes, how?

Are you referring to columns in an email template, or columns of extra information for your contacts? If it's the former then yes, we do have email templates with more than one column. When you're creating an email you can scroll to the bottom of the first page of templates that are displayed and click "View All Templates" to see multi-column templates, or you can use the search function at the top of the email templates. If you're asking about the latter then yes, you can do that too. If you're manually typing in contacts then you can select and label extra columns of information from that page (Contacts>Add Contacts>Type or Paste Multiple Contacts), or if you're importing from a file then you can add columns of information to your excel and they should import into your account. If you need some help while doing that then don't hesitate to give us a call. We can walk you through the process and help you get the contacts into your account.
