I'm sorry that you were having trouble adding contacts. When you say that we dropped out, do you mean that the site disconnected or closed down? Did you receive any error messages? What internet browser are you using? Some of our customers seem to have better luck using browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. I might try those if you are using Internet Explorer. If you could please give me a little more information on what happened I would be happy to troubleshoot this with you and help you out so this doesn't happen again. Please let us know if you have more information.
