At this time there isn't a dedicated, coded unsubscribe button for the regular email editor, just the default one included with all the other required footer info.

What does that mean, there isn't one for the regular email editor, just the default one. What is the solution to this? I thought the unsubscribe button is mandatory?

Every email actually sent out to contacts - does not apply to test emails, the preview, nor the webpage version of the email - will include an unsubscribe link that is coded to the specific contact being sent to.
