Why did my automated campaign stop sending?

Automations built using the retired legacy autoresponder builder went into inactive status last month (February 16, 2024). For accounts that still had active automations using the legacy builder, in-account messaging and emails were sent out (Jan 16, 2024) to notify of the retirement, and provide instructions on how to setup automations in the more modern builders.


Please see this article for automated series to get started with the automation tool currently available in your account. If you're more interested in getting started with the newer, more advanced and customizable Automation Path Builder, make sure you update your account to be on one of the modern subscription plans (Lite, Standard, Premium).
