I created a brand new automation path, but I'm receiving an unknown error that won't let me proceed.
When I look at my automation paths, this one says "There is a problem with this path. View path details for more information." When I go to look at the path details, there is one email that has an error icon, and at the top of the screen there is a pop-up that says "We are missing a few pieces of information. Please correct the errors below before activating your path."
There appears to be no way for me to get more information on this error. I have no idea what pieces of information are missing or what I need to correct. I've tried changing things around with that email, but nothing has worked. I wish the error was more specific. I'd like to not have to delete the email and start over.
I added some screenshots below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
