Background carries over to Reply in Outlook

I love the template I am using for my Email Campaign, but my CEO doesn't want the background to continue in the reply if a customer replies to our campaign. The only place this is happening is Outlook. Any suggestions?

Direct replies and forwards are out of our control, since these originate from the email programs themselves (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) You can try seeing if there's any settings on the OL side, or to see if their support would have any further insight on how to remove these.
