Campaign Calendar View - Chrome vs Firefox

Interesting - When I use the Campaign Calendar View in Chrome and Edge, my evening campaigns show up on the scheduled date. However, when I use the Campaign Calendar View in Firefox, the campaigns show up on the following day (i.e. scheduled for 8pm on a Thursday evening, will show as Friday in Firefox, and Thursday in Chrome and Edge). Why is this? I have been mostly using Firefox because of the issue of my saved brand colors not showing when using Chrome. Not having the calendar display properly is annoying.

Hello @MaryJoC83 ,

I checked out your calendar on Firefox from my side, and got a screencap of the issue occurring. However, upon going back to September to see if the issue still occurred it didn't. Then I jumped forward to October again, and the page resolved the issue itself, putting the scheduled campaigns on the correct dates they were scheduled for.

Does this seem to consistently occur when you go into the calendar view a particular way? Or does it seem to occur with only certain scheduled emails / campaigns, and not others? Does going back or forward a month, then returning to the month you were looking at resolve the issue? Does clearing your Firefox cache, or removing non-essential cookies for Constant Contact on your Firefox alleviate the issue at all?

Going forward and back a month seems to put the scheduled emails in their proper place. Cleaning the cache/removing non-essential cookies doesn't alleviate the issue. It also happens on both work and home computers.

Thank you for confirming. I got the information passed along to our higher level technical team so they can do some more testing and get the issue written up.
