Can I export a list of just the bounced emails? I want to give this to an outside rep to review and update. Thanks

Emails' bounce reports can be exported the same way other report list types are. This article goes over exporting an email's reports in general, you'd simply need to set the right parameter for which list is being viewed / exported.
