Can I make a folder confidential or password protect it so my user team cannot see it in the list of campaigns? We have some sensitive information to send out, and no one should see it before its official distribution.

There's no user permission type that prevents campaigns from being seen. The only way to prevent other users on the account from seeing a campaign, is to deactivate them.
