Consent section of sign-up form

I can not edit the section that has the consent information above the sign-up button.  I can not insert my company's name and I don't like [insert company name] that is there that I can not edit. How do I access the ability to change this section of sign-up form?  Thank you!

That info is derived from your account's settings. I checked your account's latest landing page form, and it's showing the company's name as displayed in your account's settings. If you're not seeing this, I'd advise logging out and back in, or try clearing your cache.
