Constant Contact Email Conversion to PDF - Lose Links

Hi! I am trying to download my email as a PDF. When I do so, I lose all the links to my videos and photos. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

When I checked some of your emails, I had no issues opening any of the links in their downloaded PDF versions. Is there a specific email that this is occurring with, or is it occurring with all of your emails? Does re-downloading the email resolve the issue? Were the links functioning in the preview or test send versions of the email?
