Every Tuesday we'll share tips, tricks, and insights on using Constant Contact and online marketing
Do you work for a business or organization that requires multiple people to use the same Constant Contact account?
This is especially tricky with multi-factor authentication involved, as not everyone will have access to the same device (and it might pose a security risk). Additionally, not everyone that accesses the account might need to have free reign. If you are trying to juggle multiple users on the same login credentials, we got you covered!
Before you begin, I recommend reading about the user role access information for Account Manager and Campaign Creator, so you can decide which role best fits the additional user on the account. Each user will have their own username and password, so I would also review which characters are allowed in Constant Contact usernames.
And when you're ready, you can watch the video above or check out the step-by-step tutorial to add and manage users in your Constant Contact account.
