We are trying to schedule a February email (2/14) and keep running into this error message. I don't see any errors, test emails send fine, switching browsers does not help. I have deleted and recreated the email (per the advice of another user having this issue), but have not had any luck.
Thank you.

Hello @TatianaSantolloL ,
Some troubleshooting questions:
- Was this originally occurring with an email's first send out, or for a resend version?
- Are the required elements of the email's header filled in (from address, reply-to address, subject line, from name)?
- Have you recently made updates to your account's email authentication that might impact the verified addresses (switching from ccsend to self-authentication, or vice versa)?
- Does the email contain any specialty blocks that were copied over from its previous version - feedback blocks, RSVP blocks, or product blocks?
- If you have a specialty block like a feedback, RSVP, or product block, do they contain emojis or special characters?

1. This is for the original email. I have tried scheduling both with and without the "resend" option.
2. All of the required elements are completed.
3. The ccsend email was only verified recently (not updated) due to the pop-up prompt.
4. I redid all the blocks so they were original (no copied RSVP blocks) and started with a blank canvas instead of utilizing a template.
5. The RSVP has a single emoji in the description. Should this be removed?
UPDATE: I removed the single emoji and it allowed me to schedule. Do you have documentation that provides an overview of how emoji's can be utilized?

Does removing the emoji from your RSVP block allow the email to be scheduled without the error?
