Hello,
I have some links containing r20.rs6.net in their url that break on some users devices (Android or IOS)
Some of the responses include
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Are you doing changes on the r20.rs6.net server or what happens if this work from time to time ?
How I we can be sure users can access links ?
Regards

Hello @MirelaS ,
No, this would indicate something on those specific contacts' devices is blocking the click-tracking link from properly rerouting to the URL you inserted into your email. Please reference our Community's Connectivity Troubleshooting FAQ for info you can pass along to these contacts. Otherwise, your other option is to insert a View as Webpage link in your email, as the webpage version doesn't have rewritten links for click tracking.

Hi, William!
We also tried adding the „View as webpage” link, but it seems the „View as webpage” link itself is tracked. Hence our users can't reach this webpage with no rewritten links because "view as webpage" link is rewritten. How can we generate a "view as webpage" link that is not tracked?
Thank you!

Hi @MirelaS. Any link that is included in a campaign is tracked, including View as Webpage. The error messaging is most likely related to a security or privacy setting on your contacts' device or if they're on a private network, such as a VPN.

Hi, Caitlin!
Why did your colleague William suggest then including the "view as a webpage" link in our newsletters as a possible way to avoid these errors? Can you please suggest how we can solve this for our users? (we got several complaints from our subscribers, it is not an isolated event).
Thank you!
