Email preview doesn't look like sent email

I have used an email template, and when I preview it, it looks perfect.  However, when I send a test email, some of the words are hyphenated where they shouldn't be, and in some cases, the button text is the wrong color.  Any suggestions?

Hello @NormaB36 ,

Based on the wording of your issues, are you seeing this occur in an Outlook program? Do the issues occur in the Outlook app, or in other email programs you use?

For the button color issue, are you viewing the email in dark mode, or light mode? If you are viewing the email in dark mode, does switching to light mode fix the coloring?

We have an existing thread that addresses the hyphenation issue, which is caused by a specific setting within some Outlook programs. If your issues are indeed occurring only within Outlook's desktop program or browser version, then it may be worth exploring your settings, or reaching out to Outlook support for more insight.

Thanks for your response.  Yes, this is occurring in Outlook. However, we are not viewing it in dark mode.

I will review tha thread you reference regarding the hyphenation.

Does the button discoloration occur in other mobile apps or programs you have access to? Outlook can sometimes overrule button coloring based on a myriad of factors.

Strangely, the buttons appear correct when received in my Outlook inbox, but the text color is PURPLE instead of white, when received in my CEO's inbox.

Also, I read through the hyphenation thread you referenced.  Am I correct to assume this is an Outlook issue.  I didn't see any way to correct it (other than correct a setting in my own Outlook).
