Hi All,
For some reason, today my open rates cut in half and I noticed I had no gmail and yahoo opens. I was able to text one of my clients to see, and there it was. I am landing in AOL / Yahoo spam while sending from my CC domain.
Can someone please help?
Thanks
Hello @AdamZ20 ,
Have you made any recent changes to your sending address, or your email authentication setup in your account? If you start sending from a completely different address, or you switch from self-authentication to the ccsend rewrite, there may be a period where email programs haven't learned to trust the new source of the emails.
I'd advise checking out our Email Authentication FAQ for further insight on these elements. I'd also advise calling our Delivery team if you need more specific insight on your account's delivery.
