I am unable to download two of the campaigns that I created so far this year. For those two, I keep getting an error message that reads: "Error, campaign generation failed. Please try again later." Trying later does not resolve the problem. My other campaigns download (and print) just fine. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I've worked around it by printing off screen and adjusting the resulting PDF. For now that work around is okay but not ideal. I cannot select a different file type. Only 'copy' from the campaigns page seems to work. This does not affect the actual campaign as I have been able to resend it this morning. Thanks for the feedback

Hello @C-BCMarketing ,
Does selecting a different file type for the affected campaigns, then switching back to the preferred file type alleviate the issue with downloading it?
Are you able to download the affected campaigns by going to their email details page first, then selecting the Print/Download option from that page's Actions menu?

Was the option to select PNG or JPG from the available print/download page not available for those specific campaigns?

I've never downloaded the campaign as anything but PDF. I opened as JPG and then tried PDF again and it worked. I will remember that in future. Thanks!

The campaign was 1.5MB so maybe a bit large for this function?
