Event Tickets

I have an event created with multiple tickets representing time slots for seating. A customer has purchased 2 tickets for one time slot. He has a scheduling conflict and would like to change to a later seating. This changes the amount of tickets for each of the time slots involved. Can his tickets be transferred or swapped to a different ticket without have to cancel and reregister?

Hello @DoriS9 ,

While custom fields for a registrant's tickets can be edited, the tickets themselves that they secured cannot be edited. Their entire registration would need to be cancelled, and they'd need to re-register.
