Event landing page always asks if I am human

My recent event landing pages are slow to load, and first bring up this page saying "Verify you are human by completing the action below." Is there a way to avoid this? Is it just me? Does it happen to everyone? I am worried that my audience will move on rather than make the extra click to get to the event page. (Haven't had any issues with spam, though!)

Hello @DanP81 ,

It may be something connectivity-based - such as a specific browser extension, ad/pop-up blocker, or VPN preventing Cloudflare from verifying your device / IP. Otherwise, it may be something specific to the landing page. When I checked your account's recent lead-generation landing pages and event landing page, they loaded as expected within a couple seconds.

How long does it generally take from typing/clicking the landing page's link till the human verification page provides the checkmark box? Is this affecting all of your landing pages, or a specific event's? Is the slowness occurring on multiple browsers, or just one in particular? Or, is it loading slow in incognito/private mode as well?

We are constantly having problems with our audience's ability to move beyond that check box.  It has been weeks of complaints and losing frustrated followers.  Can we please remove this from our landing pages. Its not helpful for business, in fact it is hurting business.  I have screen shots from customer comments.  We are having to bypass them registering on Constant Contact altogether. This is such a waste of our time and efforts.

Thank you

I am also having issues with the Cloudflare Verification. I have attendees who are unable to move past it. Is there any resolution for this on Constant Contact's or my end? I can't request my all my attendees disable ad-blockers and alter browser settings.

If they can't continue on past the Cloudflare anti-bot page, then they would need to make changes on their end. If they're being affected by ours, then they'll definitely be affected by other sites using anti-bot pages that would be pushed back on by their browser and device elements.

Are they experiencing the issue when accessing the link on their mobile devices as well?
