The new order report overview is not including registrants' first and last name, make our lives so much more difficult! People's email doesn't always reflect their names. We need the first and last name column on the page!

Hello @Therapy473 ,

When I checked your events and exported their full reports, both contained the full info from the registrations - including first and last name columns. When exporting, are you using the "Export" button directly above the registrants list on the event's Reporting tab, or are you using the "Export full report" button on the Exports tab?

The "Export" button on the reporting page will be just a quick snapshot of the registrants' basic details (name, email, payment status, etc.), where as the "Export full report" button on the Exports tab will give you every detail provided by your event's registrants, including ticket type.

For step-by-step and visual guidance on exporting an event's registrants, please see this article.
