There's a huge error in the new platform. The old version you could easily add people to the back end of the dashboard for comps/VIP, and even select their name as "registered" &/or "paid". Anyone have a work around for this? They told me to go add a "free ticket" which lists the "FREE ticket" below the paid one. That's not the fix I was looking for. Please advise?

If you need to manually register people for free, you'd need to setup a free ticket that's only revealed with a particular code, and utilize that method.
